This statement addresses Kleger-Heine Legal Solutions’s (KHLS) practices regarding information collected from users of KHLS’s website (or “the Site”) located at www.klegerheinelegal.com and the terms of use for the Site. This statement only addresses information collected directly through or from the Site and does not govern any practices related to information collected from the user (sometimes referred to as “you” or “your”) through non-Site-related means such as from telephone, facsimile, postal mail, personal delivery, email, social media or other or additional means or media.

5. Online Payments. Online payments are currently not processed through KHLS. If this status changes, these Privacy terms will be updated.  

 

6. Third Party Websites. The Site may contain links to third party internet websites for the convenience of users in locating information or services that may be of interest. If you access a third-party website from a link on this Site, any information you disclose on that website is not subject to this Privacy Policy. We endeavor to implement your opt-out request promptly, but you may still receive communications from us while we process your request.
